About the role
- You manage your sales pipeline through all stages of the sales process: pipeline generation, outreach, needs analysis, product demonstrations, negotiation and closing.
- You advise C-level executives on optimizing their marketing/PR strategy.
- You build a “Trusted Advisor” relationship to identify the individual needs of (prospective) clients and then demonstrate the value proposition.
- You position yourself internally as a trusted partner to collaborate on complex all-in-one solutions.
- You confidently work with ambitious KPIs and quarterly targets — and exceed them.
- You handle both inbound and outbound opportunities.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of (SaaS) sales experience, preferably in the MarTech industry.
- Strong executive presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Native-level German and English.
- Strong stakeholder management skillset.
- Collaborative personality.
- Team-player mentality with the ability to work independently toward ambitious goals.
- Teachable, self-motivated, curious and resilient.
- Excellent organizational skills, including prioritization, scheduling and time management.
- Strong Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree or notable extracurricular engagement preferred.
- Prior experience with MEDDICC qualification preferred.
