About the role

  • You manage your sales pipeline through all stages of the sales process: pipeline generation, outreach, needs analysis, product demonstrations, negotiation and closing.
  • You advise C-level executives on optimizing their marketing/PR strategy.
  • You build a “Trusted Advisor” relationship to identify the individual needs of (prospective) clients and then demonstrate the value proposition.
  • You position yourself internally as a trusted partner to collaborate on complex all-in-one solutions.
  • You confidently work with ambitious KPIs and quarterly targets — and exceed them.
  • You handle both inbound and outbound opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of (SaaS) sales experience, preferably in the MarTech industry.
  • Strong executive presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Native-level German and English.
  • Strong stakeholder management skillset.
  • Collaborative personality.
  • Team-player mentality with the ability to work independently toward ambitious goals.
  • Teachable, self-motivated, curious and resilient.
  • Excellent organizational skills, including prioritization, scheduling and time management.
  • Strong Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree or notable extracurricular engagement preferred.
  • Prior experience with MEDDICC qualification preferred.
