Recruitment

• Support C-level and senior hiring across portfolio companies, managing interview scheduling, logistics, and confidentiality
• Serve as key point of contact for executive search partners, internal hiring leads, and candidates
• Maintain structured documentation, process flows, templates, and consistent candidate communication and feedback protocols
• Collaborate with headhunting partners to track pipeline progress and data accuracy and help build scalable talent pools
• Leverage Ashby and generative AI tools to streamline coordination, communication, and recruiting efficiency
• Work closely with People & Organization (P&O) and cross-functional teams to enable successful hires across the ecosystem

Recruiting Coordinator

• Location: Munich, regular travel required
• Lead sourcing, evaluation, and execution of strategic investments and M&A across climate, water, and food sectors
• Full-cycle ownership from market research and thesis development to closing and integration
• Identify targets, build business cases, conduct due diligence, and steer negotiations with founders/managers/family owners
• Construct valuation models, assess risks, and provide clear recommendations to board and investment team
• Support portfolio companies with growth, bolt-on acquisitions, and international expansion
• Collaborate with Viessmann board members, shareholders, and internal teams to shape long-term value
