About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Reporting to Sales Management, you develop and manage your client portfolio (wholesalers, installers, architects).
  • In this role, you identify clients' needs and respond to inquiries.
  • You proactively prospect for new customers within your assigned geographic territory.
  • You ensure a comprehensive product offering for your clients by providing technical advice and training them in practical use.
  • You maintain constant communication and work closely with your sales administration (ADV)/customer service contact.
  • You provide regular activity reports to your manager.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Commercial and/or technical education, ideally in the construction sector or a similar technical field.
  • Knowledge of the wholesale/distribution network in sanitary and heating products in the region.
  • Experience with leading installer/plumber (sanitary) customers in the sector.
  • Ability to meet technical and commercial objectives and to defend a market-leading position.
  • Open and communicative personality; strong team spirit required.
  • Autonomous and well organized.
  • Ability to adapt to and interact with stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Proficiency with IT tools (CRM, Office).
  • Fluency in Dutch and French is essential; knowledge of English is an asset. Arabic, Turkish or Portuguese would also be an advantage.
