About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You will be part of the sales department and will develop and maintain your customer portfolio (wholesalers, contractors, installers).
  • In this role you will identify their needs and respond to their questions.
  • You will recruit new customers within the geographic area assigned to you.
  • You will ensure customers have access to a complete product range, provide technical advice, and train them in practical product use.
  • You will be in regular contact and work closely with your customer service (ADV) team.
  • You will routinely report your activities to your manager.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Commercial and/or technical education, preferably in the construction sector or a similar technical field.
  • Familiarity with the commercial network in the sanitary and heating sectors in northern Belgium.
  • Knowledge of key customers in the installer and plumbing/sanitary markets.
  • Ability to meet technical and commercial targets and maintain leading market positions.
  • Outgoing and communicative personality; strong team spirit is essential.
  • Independent and well organized.
  • Ability to adapt to different types of interlocutors.
  • Proficient with IT tools (CRM, Microsoft Office).
  • Fluency in Dutch is essential; English is a plus.
  • Resident of Limburg province (Belgium).
