About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You will be part of the sales department and will develop and maintain your customer portfolio (wholesalers, contractors, installers).
  • In this context, you will determine their needs and answer their questions.
  • You will recruit new customers in the geographical area assigned to you.
  • You will guarantee your customers a complete product range, provide them with technical advice, and train them in its practical use.
  • You will be in constant contact and work closely with your sales administration (ADV).
  • You will regularly submit activity reports to your manager.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Commercial and/or technical education, preferably in the construction sector or a similar technical sector.
  • Knowledge of the commercial network in the sanitary and heating sector in northern Belgium.
  • Knowledge of key customers in the installers and plumbers/sanitary engineers segment.
  • Ability to achieve technical and commercial targets and to defend market-leading positions.
  • Open and communicative personality; team spirit is essential.
  • Independent and organized.
  • Ability to adapt to different types of interlocutors.
  • Proficiency with IT tools (CRM, Microsoft Office).
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Dutch is essential; French would be ideal; English is a plus.
  • You live in or near Charleroi.
