Responsible for front end data modeling, and enhancements to assist departments with their reporting needs.
Partners with stakeholders throughout the business to design, build, and deploy automated, self-service, and sustainable reporting solutions.
Leveraging strong understanding of sales strategy, creates dashboards and other tools to support the efficient transformation of data into insights.
Facilitates business requirement gathering sessions, analyzes and transforms requirements into technical solutions.
Ensures accuracy of data and integrity of data models by working with IT colleagues.
Leads cross-functional teams and collaborates with stakeholders to deliver prioritized reporting solutions.
Coordinates with IT to address gaps in data.
Develops expertise in aligning department structures with data solutions.
Creates and manages dashboards and reports to track business performance and key metrics.
Performs data validation and quality checks to ensure data accuracy.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Information Science required.
Focus on data analytics/business intelligence preferred.
5-7 years professional experience with data analytics projects; using SQL for data preparation and analysis and providing support to End Users required.
SAP Analytics Cloud and Power BI experience preferred.
Proficient in the use of common office equipment and software – including: computers, printers, Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
Advanced level skills with Excel.
Good understanding of data modeling and complex database schema.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively lead strategic initiatives.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong detail-orientation and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
