About the role

  • Advise and support colleagues and customers on product handling, taking into account applicable standards and regulations.
  • Provide product training to colleagues and customers.
  • Review and adapt key tools from a technical and product perspective and support the launch of new products to market.
  • Act as an internal expert for implementing technical communication processes.
  • Communicate technical product information to the sales department.

Requirements

  • Technical education in the HVAC sector or a related industry.
  • Customer-oriented, sociable, a team player, independent, flexible, communicative, organized, and structured.
  • Ability to provide technical advice and apply a highly analytical approach.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM and SAP software is an advantage.
  • Fluent in French and English; German is an advantage.
