About the role
- Advise and support colleagues and customers on product handling, taking into account applicable standards and regulations.
- Provide product training to colleagues and customers.
- Review and adapt key tools from a technical and product perspective and support the launch of new products to market.
- Act as an internal expert for implementing technical communication processes.
- Communicate technical product information to the sales department.
Requirements
- Technical education in the HVAC sector or a related industry.
- Customer-oriented, sociable, a team player, independent, flexible, communicative, organized, and structured.
- Ability to provide technical advice and apply a highly analytical approach.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and SAP software is an advantage.
- Fluent in French and English; German is an advantage.
