About the role
- Developing and driving product specification among key market stakeholders within the assigned territory
- Contributing to sales growth by turning specification opportunities into tangible business results
- Promoting and defending the full product range with MEP design offices, architects, project managers, and project owners
- Providing expert advice and support in preparing technical descriptions for tenders
- Building and maintaining a strong network with specifiers and decision-makers
- Working closely with sales and technical teams to ensure optimal market coverage
Requirements
- Proven experience in specification activities within the HVAC, plumbing, or sanitary sector
- Strong knowledge of the local decision-making ecosystem
- Active and operational network with MEP design offices, architects, project managers, and project owners (public and private)
- Demonstrated expertise in project execution and management
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, SharePoint)
- Business-driven mindset and strong results orientation
