About the role
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research, identify, and engage potential customers for VidLab7’s AI-driven sales and marketing solutions.
- Outreach & Engagement: Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, positioning VidLab7’s value proposition.
- Lead Qualification & Pipeline Management: Apply frameworks to qualify inbound and outbound leads.
- Sales & Marketing Collaboration: Partner with marketing teams to refine messaging and content for enterprise buyers.
- Performance & Growth: Meet and exceed monthly targets for booked meetings and pipeline growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales or business development
- Ability to identify, engage, and qualify leads using outbound channels like LinkedIn, email, and cold calling
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, key metrics, and pipeline management
- Experience with CRM tools to track sales interactions and optimize lead handoff
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage enterprise clients
- Data-driven mindset, leveraging KPIs and feedback to refine outreach strategies
- Fluent in English and German is a must.
