About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identification and research of potential B2B customers (prospecting)
  • Active outreach to leads via email, LinkedIn, phone and other channels
  • Support in qualifying and scoping leads
  • Build and maintain our CRM system (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Close collaboration with the founders on go-to-market strategies and experiments
  • Support market analyses, customer feedback collection and strategic initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Fluent in German and English
  • You live in Munich or are willing to relocate for the internship (on-site role)
  • You are excited by startup pace, ownership and responsibility
  • Strong analytical and communication skills – you can research, present and write
  • You work in a structured, solution-oriented way and have a "bias for action"
  • First experience in startups, sales, consulting or VC
  • Interest in SaaS, AI or go-to-market topics
  • You think in solutions, not problems – and are willing to learn new things
