About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop a content strategy for LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok
Create audience-relevant posts, Reels and short videos
Plan a regular editorial calendar
Build an authentic, professional brand voice
Design TikTok formats that increase our brand’s visibility
Trend scouting and fast implementation of relevant sounds and formats
Manage comments and messages on social media
Create simple visuals/slides
Collaborate with executive leadership on messaging, positioning and brand building

Requirements

What you’ll need

Fluent in German and English
You live in Munich or are willing to relocate for the internship (on-site role)
You enjoy startup pace, ownership and responsibility
Some experience with or strong interest in social media marketing (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn)
Confident handling of modern content formats (short videos, Reels, snippets)
Creative and eager to contribute ideas and implement them quickly
Motivated to help build marketing from the ground up with us
High willingness to learn and a hands-on mentality
