About the role
- Identifying and researching potential B2B customers (prospecting)
- Actively reaching out to leads via email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels
- Supporting the qualification and scoping of leads
- Building and maintaining our CRM system (e.g., HubSpot)
- Closely collaborating with founders on go-to-market strategies and experiments
- Assisting with market analyses, customer feedback, and strategic initiatives
Requirements
- Fluent in German and English
- You live in Munich or are willing to relocate for the internship (on-site role)
- Comfortable with startup pace, ownership, and responsibility
- Strong analytical and communication skills – able to research, present, and write
- Work in a structured, solution-oriented way with a bias for action
- Initial experience in startups, sales, consulting, or VC (nice-to-have)
- Interest in SaaS, AI, or go-to-market topics
