About the role

  • Research and identify potential customers, organizations, and decision-makers relevant to VIDIZMO’s products
  • Collect and verify contact details, job titles, departments, and organizational data from public and professional sources
  • Map prospects to relevant products, industries, and use cases
  • Own HubSpot data hygiene, ensuring all CRM records are: Accurate, Complete, Up to date
  • Create, update, and maintain contacts, companies, and associated records in HubSpot
  • Identify and remove duplicate, outdated, or incomplete records
  • Ensure proper field mapping, tagging, and categorization (industry, role, region, product interest)
  • Maintain consistent data standards and naming conventions
  • Periodically audit HubSpot data to ensure CRM quality and usability
  • Prepare clean, segmented prospect lists for sales outreach
  • Coordinate with business development and marketing teams to align data requirements
  • Support campaign readiness by ensuring CRM data accuracy before outreach

Requirements

  • Students or graduates in marketing, business administration, management, or related fields
  • Strong online research and data validation skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with structured data, spreadsheets, and CRM tools
  • Ability to follow data quality guidelines and processes
