About the role

  • Develop clear and differentiated messaging for VIDIZMO’s product suite.
  • Build narratives that resonate with multiple personas: law enforcement, legal, federal and state agencies, and enterprises.
  • Translate complex technical features into simple, compelling value propositions.
  • Lead product launches and feature rollouts with structured GTM plans.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing to align launches with business goals.
  • Identify ICPs, buyer personas, and key use cases to drive adoption.
  • Develop pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, and objection handling documents.
  • Train sales teams on messaging, positioning, and competitive differentiation.
  • Collaborate with demand generation to craft high-impact campaigns.
  • Conduct and synthesize market research, competitor analysis, and win/loss insights.
  • Identify emerging trends and opportunities for product differentiation.
  • Work with the marketing team to produce persona-driven content: blogs, landing pages, videos, webinars, and product collateral.
  • Ensure all marketing content reflects strong product positioning and market understanding.
  • Define and track product marketing KPIs (pipeline influence, launch success, message adoption, sales enablement impact).
  • Optimize strategies based on performance insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in product marketing, with a focus on technology products.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • 4–7 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology (experience in video, evidence management, or public safety tech is a plus).
  • Proven success in positioning and launching products in competitive markets.
  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills — verbal, written, and visual.
  • Experience supporting sales teams and crafting enablement materials.
  • Data-driven decision-making and understanding of funnel metrics.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with CJIS, public safety markets, or Microsoft ecosystem (e.g., Microsoft partnerships)
