About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Champion all aspects of information security strategy and operations across the Company
Maintain organizational readiness and compliance with ISO 27001
Drive information security initiatives including Security Awareness and Training
Plan and perform vulnerability testing against various systems using industry-standard security tools
Create and regularly maintain information security policies and guidelines
Conduct or act as the primary point of reference for information security audits
Perform regular internal reviews of access rights and maintain a centralized permissions list
Keep the IT risk assessment up to date and carry out continual monitoring
Manage security monitoring of the IT infrastructure
Handle daily alerting and reporting of endpoint management and ensure necessary actions are undertaken
Monitor threats via various security feeds
Work with various departments to support industry best practices and improve the Company’s information security culture and posture

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in a similar role
Knowledge of standards such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, or ITIL
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar
CEH, Security+, or similar certification
Passion for ethical hacking and attack techniques
Proven knowledge of Windows and Linux environments
