About the role
- You will be the catalyst to rapidly expand our partner ecosystem and accelerate our growth.
- First point of contact for prospective partners, helping introduce them to the value of AI-driven diagnostics and workflow enhancement.
- Responsible for building a pipeline of potential partners, engaging with potential partners and building champions within partner organizations, and closing deals that drive growth for VideaHealth and our partners.
- Map & Hunt: Own the partner target map (prioritized by TAM, distribution reach, workflow control).
- Build executive champions and multi-thread.
- Create compelling narratives and outbound plays; run discovery; shape terms; close partner agreements with Legal support.
- Drive pilot → GA: integration kickoff, pricing bundles, enablement, co-marketing, and co-sell plays to first revenue.
- Stand up a repeatable channel program (tiers, basic certification, spiffs, playbooks, dashboards).
Requirements
- 4–8+ years in BD/partnerships/channel roles at high-growth SaaS or healthtech
- Track record of sourcing and closing net-new partners
- Tool-savvy: HubSpot (or Salesforce), partner tools (PartnerStack/Crossbeam), LinkedIn Sales Navigator; comfort with basic spreadsheets/financial models
- Bias to Action: High energy, resilient, thrives in ambiguity, competes to win.
- Magnetic storyteller who can size opportunities, model scenarios, and justify terms.
