Translate insights into actionable strategies that improve user onboarding, activation, and retention
Design and optimize onboarding experiences that empower users to quickly learn and embrace the product
Champion initiatives that help users form habits and stick with the product over time, ensuring success of customer pilots and rollouts
Discover the right next steps to unlock weaker user segments and turn moderate users into champions
Take full ownership of goals and outcomes, setting and executing product strategy without intensive oversight
Proactively identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and balance short-term wins with long-term product vision
Partner with developers in an agile environment, leading prioritization and negotiation while allowing the team to fully own their day-to-day work
Collaborate with design, marketing, leadership, and the rest of the product team to align user needs with business goals and help set cross-product strategy
Requirements
2+ yrs experience as a Product Manager at a SaaS company
Experience working closely with developers in agile settings (ideally without heavy-handed process)
Hands-on experience directly engaging with end-users (not only business stakeholders)
Demonstrated success in onboarding and/or adoption strategies for daily-use products, including quantitative measurement to make decisions and determine success
Independent learner and owner who can self-start, self-direct, and deliver
Ability to set strategy independently while still collaborating effectively with leadership
Flexible, agile mindset; thrives in environments where priorities can shift as we learn and grow very quickly
Organized, resourceful, and an effective communicator across functions
