About the role
- Manage the customer portfolio in Portugal within the Human Nutrition segment, assuring BGT (volume and profit) as well as finding potential customers.
- Meet annual BGT and development of strategic products;
- Customer project management;
- Maintain and develop new customer portfolio;
- Conduct market analysis with existing and potential customers;
- Perform customer portfolio analysis to identify opportunities and risks;
- Support Product Managers to move obsolete inventory;
- Reports to the Segment Human Nutrition Manager, providing updates on customer portfolio analysis, growth potential, and project progress;
- Be aligned with EU Nutrition strategy and goals.
Requirements
- Degree in Food Technology, Food or Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Food Safety systems (Quality and Food Safety Management), food safety culture, fraud prevention, and food defense.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Portuguese food industry.
- Languages: Portuguese (native), English (mandatory), Spanish (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills, proactive, team-oriented, and goal-driven.
- Experience with SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
