About the role
- The Customer Success team oversees the entire client journey from the moment clients join Vidalink, with main objectives to activate, support, grow, and retain those clients.
- The professional will be responsible for maintaining and scaling levels of contact and relationship with clients, presenting periodic performance results, identifying revenue growth opportunities within their portfolio, and working with Vidalink’s internal teams to resolve client-related issues.
Requirements
- Solid prior experience in client relationship roles, performing consultative management of large accounts—examples include Customer Success, Business Development, or Farmer Sales (Account Management).
- Analytical mindset to propose new approaches aimed at increasing revenue.
- Advanced proficiency in core work tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Bachelor’s degree in a field related to the role. Specialization, postgraduate studies, MBA, or similar qualifications are a plus.
- English proficiency will be considered an advantage.
