About the role

  • Preferably work strategically with outbound leads from medium and large companies, conducting consultative approaches that generate genuine interest in Vidalink's services.
  • Actively prospect new opportunities through in-depth research, stakeholder mapping and high-impact calls, contacting prospects via WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn to identify pain points, needs and potential fit with our solutions.
  • Rigorously qualify companies to ensure that only opportunities with a proper fit and aligned ICP are forwarded to the Sales Executive.
  • Generate and schedule highly qualified meetings, ensuring clear alignment of expectations and context to maximize the sales team's conversion rate.
  • Log and organize all activities in Pipedrive and Meetime with accuracy and discipline, ensuring predictability and consistency in the sales funnel.
  • Continuously monitor your own KPIs, analyze performance, identify bottlenecks and propose improvement actions to raise results month over month.
  • Stay up to date on trends in the corporate wellness and HR markets, bringing relevant insights to enrich outbound approaches, pitches and strategies.
  • Actively contribute structured ideas, participating in the evolution of processes, playbooks and sales techniques, collaborating for the team's continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience as an SDR or BDR focused on outbound B2B.
  • Knowledge of social selling (selling via LinkedIn).
  • Experience with CRMs (any mainstream platform) and organizing processes based on them.
  • Experience with digital products.
  • Skills in technical and consultative sales.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of methodologies such as BANT and SPIN Selling.
  • Lead qualification.
  • Sales planning.
