About the role

  • - Provide first-line technical support for Power & Infrastructure issues impacting Fixed HUB sites and the Mobile Network locations, acting as a point of contact for corresponding MNO teams and technician seeking assistance.
  • - Supervise and manage Power & Infrastructure-related incidents at Fixed HUB sites and within the Mobile Network locations, ensuring swift resolution and minimal downtime.
  • - Apply your troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve Power & Infrastructure problems efficiently.
  • - Manage and escalate complex Power & Infrastructure issues to third-party vendors for timely resolution.
  • - Collaborate effectively with colleagues across various teams to ensure seamless problem resolution.
  • - Document incidents, resolutions, and escalations meticulously for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • - Minimum 2+ years of experience in a telecommunications or network support role, preferably with exposure to power and infrastructure management.
  • - Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving power and infrastructure-related issues at network sites.
  • - Solid understanding of power supply systems, cooling systems, and other critical infrastructure components.
  • - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • - Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
