  • Providing first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and best practice.
  • Supporting employee relations case administration and maintaining accurate documentation and records.
  • Maintaining employee records and HR systems, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and accuracy.
  • Coordinating key HR processes and annual people activities, including performance reviews, salary review cycles, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Producing regular and ad hoc HR reports to support operational insights and decision-making.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR processes, systems, and service delivery.
  • Building effective relationships with stakeholders across the business to deliver a consistent and high-quality HR service.
  • Ensuring all activities are delivered in line with agreed service levels, policies, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in an HR Administration, HR Advisor, or People Operations role within a fast-paced environment.
  • A recognised qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Employment Law, or a related field is desirable.
  • Ideally, experience gained within a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.
  • Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage a high volume of work accurately.
  • Experience supporting HR processes and coordinating cyclical HR activities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Confidence working with HR systems, data, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide practical and professional guidance to managers and employees.
