About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Developing a comprehensive understanding of the account’s business, culture, drivers, strategy, goals and how they generate revenue
Identifying key stakeholders and decision-makers throughout the account's organization
Creating and managing business opportunities from existing or new accounts
Identifying the defined and undefined needs of customers
Supporting Strategic Market Assessments (SMAs) by investigating market trends
Documenting progress, issues and support need in English to support business decision-making
Negotiating Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Letter Of Intents (LOIs), and Joint Development Agreements (JDAs)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, or relevant role
Fluent negotiation skills in Mandarin and English are mandatory
Bachelor degree; Master's degree is preferred
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional
Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM are seen as an advantage
