About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of the account’s business, culture, drivers, strategy, goals and how they generate revenue
  • Identifying key stakeholders and decision-makers throughout the account's organization
  • Creating and managing business opportunities from existing or new accounts
  • Identifying the defined and undefined needs of customers
  • Supporting Strategic Market Assessments (SMAs) by investigating market trends
  • Documenting progress, issues and support need in English to support business decision-making
  • Negotiating Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Letter Of Intents (LOIs), and Joint Development Agreements (JDAs)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, or relevant role
  • Fluent negotiation skills in Mandarin and English are mandatory
  • Bachelor degree; Master's degree is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional
  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM are seen as an advantage
