About the role

As an AI Engineer at Victory Square Partners, you will use your skills to build — together with your colleagues — complex AI enabled web applications for our U.S.-based clients.

At least 4 years of experience in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence
Experience as a Technical Lead is a plus
Good knowledge of Python
Experience with generative artificial intelligence frameworks and services (such as Ollama, llama.cpp, HuggingFace, LangChain, etc.) is a plus
Familiarity with machine learning algorithms such as XGBoost, logistic regression, and clustering algorithms
Experience with at least one cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)
Foundational knowledge of mathematics and statistics is a plus
Be creative by nature, thirsty to learn the latest and greatest techniques as they come out
Familiarity with version control systems
The ability to be a strong individual contributor and also a pair programming partner
A strong desire to learn, while helping others to do so
Great adaptability to change
Great communication skills
English fluency, both spoken and written
Romanian fluency, both spoken and written.
