About the role
- Define the vision, structure, and standards for the Account Management function
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Account Managers by setting clear expectations
- Establish and refine scalable, repeatable processes
- Oversee customer health across the full Account Management portfolio
- Serve as the senior escalation point for complex customer situations
- Provide strategic oversight for high-value accounts when needed
- Define and improve how Account Managers collaborate with cross-functional partners
- Set and uphold standards for communication
- Surface team-wide blockers, capacity issues, and process inefficiencies
- Lead team rituals and management practices
Requirements
