About the role
- Integrate and continuously refine SEO and content strategies into a single, high performance service offering with a unified strategy, voice, and value proposition.
- Support account teams when needed to brainstorm client strategy, creative approaches, and troubleshoot performance challenges.
- Provide escalation support to team members by helping them deliver high-quality services that translate complex SEO insights into clear, outcome-driven narratives.
- Join high-value client calls to build confidence and ensure our search strategies are effectively connected to the broader marketing goals and business outcomes our clients are looking to achieve.
- Develop and execute service roadmaps that blend traditional SEO excellence with emerging AI-search and generative engine optimization strategies.
- Drive the ideation, build-out, and refinement of AI-search services that position Victorious as the agency of choice for the AI-first era.
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to strengthen new business efforts with your fluency in communicating how to leverage SEO and AI-search as levers for marketing growth and competitive advantage.
- Build a culture where SEO and content professionals operate as a single strategic unit, grounded in shared goals and clear measures of success.
- Maintain high-quality, strategically aligned deliverables that consistently demonstrate business impact and client value.
- Represent Victorious in industry conversations, showcasing our vision and expertise in the future of search.
- Translate big-picture strategy into scalable systems, processes, and tools that enable the team to deliver with consistency and excellence.
- Mentor and develop team leads to ensure all service teams have strong leadership depth.
Requirements
- Visionary leadership in SEO, content strategy, and emerging AI-search paradigms.
- Proven ability to lead service innovation from concept to market impact.
- Depth of experience supporting enterprise accounts, including the ability to step into high-stakes client conversations with authority.
- Strong ability to translate technical SEO into marketing language that resonates with executives and connects to business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of AI retrievability, generative engines, and the interplay between technical SEO and strategic content creation.
- Expertise in aligning creative, technical, and operational functions around a shared strategic vision.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity and inspiration to clients, teams, and industry audiences.
- Expertise in diagnosing performance issues and collaborating with teams to find solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills with clients, from troubleshooting conversations to boardroom-level strategy framing.
- Ability to partner effectively with Sales to frame search strategies as growth drivers when needed in new business efforts.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, with the ability to create clarity and focus in fast-changing environments.
- Skilled in building high-performance cultures rooted in collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
