About the role
- Support and drive the end-to-end delivery of major health infrastructure projects
- Partner with health services to align scope, budget and funding
- Proactively manage risks and keep projects on track
- Review and challenge cost plans, grants, variations and claims to ensure compliance with VIDA Health standards
- Monitor and report on the progress of projects to support governance forums
- Collaborate across planning, design, procurement, legal and communications to deliver safe, on-time and on-budget outcomes
Requirements
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external health services
- A track record of turning stakeholder insights into action and fostering lasting, collaborative relationships
- Demonstrated ability to craft clear, concise, and effective written materials such as emails, reports, scripts, and feedback to be tailored to purpose and audience
- Extensive project management or engineering services experience in a healthcare setting would be highly desirable
