About the role
- Managing the day-to-day oversight and reporting of asset data within the Department of Transport and Planning asset information systems.
- Providing specialist guidance on asset information quality, standards, and management to enable project delivery and operational readiness.
- Developing and maintaining asset information documents, specifications, and frameworks across the project lifecycle.
- Working closely with internal teams and partners including Victorian Infrastructure Delivery Authority and Rail Projects Victoria.
- Maintaining Asset Information Requirements, validating asset data, supporting digital engineering frameworks, preparing scopes and cost estimates, and strengthening stakeholder capability and collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor (or higher) qualification in areas related to Engineering, Information Technology or Asset Management and/or equivalent relevant experience. (Mandatory)
- Demonstrated experience working in an asset management role. (Mandatory)
- Demonstrated experience in the implementation of asset management systems. (Mandatory)
- Demonstrated experience or qualification in the application of ISO 55001 and/or ISO 19650 Standards and Procedures. (Desirable)
