About the role
- Support various procurement stakeholder engagement opportunities
- Coordinate and minuting complex discussions at Community of Practise meetings
- Contribute to regular communication events for the Chief Procurement Officer
- Provide timely and accurate advice and documentation
- Contribute to capability building activities in procurement across the organisation
- Assist with preparation of communications from the Chief Procurement Officer
- Support procurement-related intranet content and initiatives
Requirements
- Procurement experience or knowledge would be desirable
- Foundational capability in policy development
- Critical thinking and problem solving
- Effective communication
- Ability to organise information logically
- Demonstrated curiosity and continuous improvement mindset
- Developing understanding of procurement policy
