About the role

  • The Contract Performance and Assurance Officer plays an important role in the MR5 Contract Management team
  • Supporting effective oversight of the MR5 Tram Franchise Agreement through performance monitoring, compliance verification and strategic planning and reporting activities
  • Responsible for coordinating and supporting the development, planning and delivery of the MR5 contract management assurance program and framework
  • Conducts reviews and assessments using a risk-based approach to provide assurance that the Tram Operator is meeting contractual obligations
  • Prepares reports with actionable insights that inform decision making and foster continuous improvement across all Franchise areas
  • Responsible for the ongoing development, management and integrity of the BIS (Business Information System)

Requirements

  • Relevant qualification and/or related experience in contract management, performance management and/or contract assurance and compliance (mandatory)
  • Competency in reporting, data analysis and presentation (mandatory)
  • Sound understanding and application of advanced analytical tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Excel (desirable)
  • Strong working knowledge of electronic document record management systems including Content Manager, Outlook, TRIM, Sharepoint, Affinitext, Lotus Notes (desirable)
