About the role

  • The Manager Registry Production plays a critical leadership role in overseeing the effective delivery of registry services, ensuring operational excellence, legislative compliance, and high team performance.
  • Responsible for building workforce capability, driving service delivery outcomes, and contributing to strategic projects and reforms.
  • Engages with a wide range of stakeholders, including financial institutions; legal, property and survey professionals; and the broader community.
  • Ensure that team operations align with business objectives through strong planning, performance management, continuous improvement, and a commitment to cultural safety and inclusive practices.
  • Accountable for achievements of established corporate objectives including the formulation and implementation of local business plans.
  • Represents own work area with external stakeholders and effectively manages feedback.
  • Identifies and responds to new and emerging strategic issues impacting on the operating environment.
  • Provides authoritative expert advice on complex issues within own area.
  • Initiates and manages negotiations with peers (internal and external to work unit) to gain commitment to projects, and delivery of activities to meet timelines.

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of LRS legislation, policies and practices and government reform agenda (desirable).
  • Proven experience in managing large high performing teams (desirable).
