About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Team leadership and management: Directly manage and support General Managers in overseeing day-to-day operations.
  • Provide timely coaching, mentoring, and leadership development to improve General Manager performance and grow talent.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and set clear expectations for operational performance.
  • Operational excellence and execution: Ensure that every location in the region understands expectations and provide clarity that enables clinics and teams to exceed KPIs and targets while aligning with operational standards.
  • Collaborate with General Managers to analyze operational reports, develop comprehensive business plans, and implement process improvements.
  • Lead initiatives to optimize processes, increase efficiency, and improve client service delivery.
  • Set financial targets in coordination with General Managers, including revenue, profitability, and cost control.
  • Monitor and manage regional financial statements to ensure locations meet financial objectives.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Experience: 8+ years of management experience in a multi-site, service-oriented organization.
  • Proven experience leading and developing management teams.
  • Experience with profit and loss management, budgeting, and operational performance metrics.
  • Strong background in customer service and operational excellence.
  • Clinic build experience: a major asset.
  • Skills and competencies: Strong leadership and people management skills, with a particular focus on coaching and team development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to implement operational plans effectively.
  • Financial acumen with the ability to analyze reports and manage budgets.
  • Problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Bilingual French and English is an asset.
