About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Team leadership and management: Directly manage and support General Managers in overseeing day-to-day operations.
Provide timely coaching, mentoring, and leadership development to improve General Manager performance and grow talent.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and set clear expectations for operational performance.
Operational excellence and execution: Ensure that every location in the region understands expectations and provide clarity that enables clinics and teams to exceed KPIs and targets while aligning with operational standards.
Collaborate with General Managers to analyze operational reports, develop comprehensive business plans, and implement process improvements.
Lead initiatives to optimize processes, increase efficiency, and improve client service delivery.
Set financial targets in coordination with General Managers, including revenue, profitability, and cost control.
Monitor and manage regional financial statements to ensure locations meet financial objectives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Experience: 8+ years of management experience in a multi-site, service-oriented organization.
Proven experience leading and developing management teams.
Experience with profit and loss management, budgeting, and operational performance metrics.
Strong background in customer service and operational excellence.
Clinic build experience: a major asset.
Skills and competencies: Strong leadership and people management skills, with a particular focus on coaching and team development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking and the ability to implement operational plans effectively.
Financial acumen with the ability to analyze reports and manage budgets.
Problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Bilingual French and English is an asset.
