About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Team leadership and management: Directly manage and support General Managers in overseeing day-to-day operations.
- Provide timely coaching, mentoring, and leadership development to improve General Manager performance and grow talent.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and set clear expectations for operational performance.
- Operational excellence and execution: Ensure that every location in the region understands expectations and provide clarity that enables clinics and teams to exceed KPIs and targets while aligning with operational standards.
- Collaborate with General Managers to analyze operational reports, develop comprehensive business plans, and implement process improvements.
- Lead initiatives to optimize processes, increase efficiency, and improve client service delivery.
- Set financial targets in coordination with General Managers, including revenue, profitability, and cost control.
- Monitor and manage regional financial statements to ensure locations meet financial objectives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: 8+ years of management experience in a multi-site, service-oriented organization.
- Proven experience leading and developing management teams.
- Experience with profit and loss management, budgeting, and operational performance metrics.
- Strong background in customer service and operational excellence.
- Clinic build experience: a major asset.
- Skills and competencies: Strong leadership and people management skills, with a particular focus on coaching and team development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to implement operational plans effectively.
- Financial acumen with the ability to analyze reports and manage budgets.
- Problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Bilingual French and English is an asset.
