About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Answer phone calls and emails for all our clinics, adhering to Victoria Park standards
  • Assist clients with booking appointments
  • Redirect inquiries to the appropriate department or specialist
  • Provide clients with accurate and appropriate information
  • Play a key role in helping our doctors and medi‑spa specialists meet their booking targets by using your personality to impress and bring a smile to our clients.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in a call center, hospitality, or customer service role
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • Must have a highly positive, action‑oriented attitude
  • Ability to maintain first‑class operational standards
  • Candidate must be bilingual (French and English) to effectively handle incoming calls for our locations in Quebec, Ontario, and Manitoba
  • Must be available full‑time
  • Must be available to work Saturdays
  • Call center team members may occasionally be required to work on public holidays.
