About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage all aspects of flight booking and scheduling, ensuring the highest level of service and efficiency.
Track flights in real-time, addressing any potential challenges such as delays, diversions, or reroutes.
Work closely with the other territories and departments to strategically plan and coordinate all aspects of the flight.
Partner with the accounting team to manage invoicing, payments, and financial reconciliation.
Complete logistic checks for new potential flights, request quotes from preferred operator partners, negotiate contract terms.
Ensure all aircraft meet Victor's stringent safety regulations and service standards.
Maintain and regularly update the company's operator directory.

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably with high-net-worth individuals.
Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
A collaborative mindset with a willingness to work across various departments.
Experience managing high-pressure situations and resolving issues.
An understanding of aviation safety importance, experience preferred in vetting vendors.
Prefer experience in relationship building and vendor negotiations.
Previous experience in the business aviation industry is highly desirable.
