About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage all aspects of flight booking and scheduling, ensuring the highest level of service and efficiency.
  • Track flights in real-time, addressing any potential challenges such as delays, diversions, or reroutes.
  • Work closely with the other territories and departments to strategically plan and coordinate all aspects of the flight.
  • Partner with the accounting team to manage invoicing, payments, and financial reconciliation.
  • Complete logistic checks for new potential flights, request quotes from preferred operator partners, negotiate contract terms.
  • Ensure all aircraft meet Victor's stringent safety regulations and service standards.
  • Maintain and regularly update the company's operator directory.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably with high-net-worth individuals.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • A collaborative mindset with a willingness to work across various departments.
  • Experience managing high-pressure situations and resolving issues.
  • An understanding of aviation safety importance, experience preferred in vetting vendors.
  • Prefer experience in relationship building and vendor negotiations.
  • Previous experience in the business aviation industry is highly desirable.
