About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support organisational planning and development of systems and infrastructure
- Coordinate and support system improvements and change processes for the organisation’s CRM
- Liaise between VSS’s service delivery, national teams and the IT and Digital Services Team
- Develop and maintain systems to record VSS business plans and track progress of organisational objectives
- Support contract management of external systems developer, chiefly the CRM developer and potentially phone systems
Requirements
What you’ll need- Relevant University degree or equivalent professional experience
- Deep understanding of business information systems
- Skills in organisational performance management
- Knowledge of CRM design and development (particularly Microsoft Dynamics)
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience using Case Record Management systems, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365
- Willingness to be flexible on working hours and travel as required
