Manage a portfolio of VSS services across the locality
Create and implement a service development and delivery plan
Develop new ideas and approaches to support victims and witnesses
Oversee staff recruitment, induction and learning
Provide effective support and performance management to staff and volunteers
Ensure compliance with statutory, legal and organisational requirements

Experience from a similar role
Commitment to own professional development
Ability to motivate others, build trust, and drive performance
Comfortable working with data gathering, analysing, and presenting insights
Solid understanding of the voluntary and charity sector
Willingness to work flexible hours and travel when necessary
