About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and mature the Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, Test Automation, Performance Testing, API Testing, and DevOps functions.
Establish enterprise-wide quality engineering, testing, automation, CI/CD, and release governance standards.
Provide leadership for global teams, including coaching, mentoring, workforce planning, performance management, and capability development.
Develop quality metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting to measure delivery effectiveness, quality outcomes, reliability, and operational performance.
Oversee CI/CD pipelines, environment strategy, DevOps tooling, infrastructure automation, and deployment governance.
Facilitate risk assessments, root cause analysis, incident reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Present strategy, roadmaps, risks, metrics, and recommendations to senior leadership and business stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need

15+ years of progressive experience across Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, DevOps, Infrastructure, Technology Operations, or Software Engineering leadership roles within a mid-to-large enterprise environment.
10+ years leading global technology teams, including distributed, offshore, and cross-functional organizations.
Strong expertise in SDLC, Agile methodologies, Scrum, CI/CD, release management, quality engineering, DevOps, and cloud technologies.
Experience establishing KPIs, quality metrics, service level objectives, dashboards, and executive reporting frameworks.
Knowledge of cybersecurity, risk management, compliance, audit practices, operational controls, and governance standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience required.
