  • Shape the market
  • Position Vicoland to enterprise clients as a strategic alternative to traditional professional services models.
  • Question established procurement models and demonstrate why Vicos deliver better outcomes.
  • Plan and implement blended human/AI offerings delivered by Vicos.
  • Develop tailored go-to-market strategies for specific client contexts.
  • Build thought leadership through events and a strong LinkedIn presence.
  • Acquire and grow clients
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of enterprise clients and partners — from strategic outreach through close to long-term expansion.
  • Conduct consultative, insight-driven conversations at the C-level.
  • Translate the Vico model into concrete ROI scenarios for each client.
  • Identify cross- and upsell opportunities with a founder’s mindset.
  • Build a strategic pipeline, not just transactional deals.
  • Lead Vicos in delivery
  • Mentor and coach Vico leads within your client group — hold them accountable for delivery quality and commercial performance.
  • Activate new Vico leads and prepare them for success.
  • Step in when needed to protect client relationships.
  • Drive AI in business development
  • Integrate Vicoland’s AI and agent capabilities into client conversations — position the Vicoland platform and Vicos as “AI-first.”
  • Actively use AI tools in your own work and contribute to the evolution of AI-supported Vico members.
  • Shape the company
  • Contribute to Vicoland’s strategy as a member of the leadership team.
  • Bring market intelligence, client feedback, and competitive insight into the organization.
  • Help define how we scale — processes, tools, talent, and culture.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in professional services — e.g., consulting, systems integration, or sales roles for complex products.
  • Consultative selling capability: you can win complex enterprise deals by advising, not just selling.
  • Challenger mindset: you shape how clients and the market think about procuring professional services and are comfortable challenging senior stakeholders.
  • AI affinity: you actively use AI tools and understand the strategic implications of agentic AI for professional services.
  • Entrepreneurial energy — you are drawn to building markets, not managing the status quo.
  • Own entrepreneurial experience is a strong plus.
  • Experience leading teams or practices — you have led people, not just projects.
  • Strong academic background, rapid career progression, and demonstrable commercial impact.
  • Fluent in German and English (DACH is our home market while we expand internationally).
  • Strong network potential: you have, and can easily build, valuable relationships.
