- Ensure the sales floor meets visual standards and is properly stocked and replenished

- Assist customers in selecting the perfect outfits and provide personalized shopping experiences

Requirements
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Driven, goal-oriented with a positive and energetic attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and quickly learn new procedures
- Team player with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive and takes initiative
- Passion for fashion
- Availability to work within specific retail hours that match with your schedule
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Comfortable with heavy customer contact and standing for long periods; may be exposed to extreme temperatures (warehouse can be 35-105 degrees)
