Oversee Revenue Management for Viceroy Los Cabos resort
Champion and implement market strategies to meet needs of target guests
Identify and maximize revenue opportunities
Recommend and maintain pricing, positioning, and inventory controls
Lead forecasting, opportunity analysis and revenue-maximizing processes
Establish pricing levels and manage daily pricing processes
Monitor and analyze competitor strategies and market trends
Build and maintain accurate short- and long-term forecasts
Lead annual budgeting and pricing process
Oversee evaluation of contracted opportunities
Prepare and analyze market segmentation and production reports
Develop and coach team members for professional growth

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 4 years experience in the Revenue Management field
Bachelor’s Degree
In-Depth knowledge of all industry reports such as STR, Agency 360, Demand 360, OTA Insights etc.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point
Ability to work quickly in a high-pressure & high stress environment
Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
Excellent time management skills
Exceptional with details and follow up
Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
Must be able to travel to resort based on business needs.
