About the role

  • support the development, implementation, and maintenance of Vibrant's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • maintain the Salesforce CRM system including updates, enhancements, building reports, managing dashboards, and security
  • collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the CRM platform is optimized to enhance customer experiences and streamline business processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred but not required
  • 1+ years of experience as a CRM Engineer or similar role
  • Salesforce certification is preferred
