B2B Customer Service Representative

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage order entry (electronic data interchange (EDI), manual and/or online) and ensure order fulfillment
- Closely monitor supply levels to prevent stockouts
- Collaborate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely delivery
- Proactively resolve common customer issues
- Quickly research and obtain information needed to respond to inquiries and complaints
- Produce various statistical reports
- Work with internal teams (logistics, account management, marketing) to ensure effective communication
- Work effectively under tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Report any food quality issues to your supervisor
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Results-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
- Strong proficiency with MS Office (Excel — intermediate to advanced level)
- Ability to handle stressful situations
- Organized, self-motivated, flexible, courteous, energetic, and a good team player
- Knowledge of SAP (an asset)
- Experience in manufacturing, procurement, or order management (an asset)
- College diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
