About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure automatic scheduling performed by the scheduling robot.
- Plan loads and route orders released for delivery.
- Consolidate vehicle availability in the Frota Online system.
- Perform advance scheduling (D-1) of deliveries.
- Execute scheduling throughout the day for second trips, remaining loads, and new demands.
- Generate transportation reports with delivery sequences and loading times.
- Ensure availability of contracted fleet.
- Participate in fleet sizing.
- Manage carriers and contracted service levels.
- Ensure compliance with operational cadence.
- Meet contractual distribution percentages among carriers.
- Update the Master Data used by the scheduling robot.
- Ensure that inputs required for automatic scheduling are correct.
- Handle incidents received via SAT (Carrier Service System).
- Manage FOB and CIF loading grids.
- Schedule deliveries considering fleet availability; customer restrictions; delivery time windows; vehicle type; required equipment; and operational constraints.
- Request order supplements from Customer Service when necessary to finalize loads and routes.
- Reschedule deliveries in cases of deviations or operational changes.
- Manage deviations with interface teams.
- Address issues related to fleet availability, loading capacity, and deliveries.
- Engage carriers, Customer Service, depots, and other areas to correct deviations.
- Produce a daily pending items report.
- Report orders that are delayed, at risk of delay, or not fulfilled.
- Record and monitor action plans to resolve pending issues.
- Execute pick-up plans.
- Provide level 1 (Monitoring) support for daily operational queries.
- Support special operations such as: Prime Customers; Automatic Replenishment; Special CIF; Marine Diesel Oil (ODM); DOM (Driver-Operated Unloading).
- Ensure on-time deliveries while using limited fleet, address operational deviations in real time, and maintain high productivity without compromising customer satisfaction and logistics costs.
Requirements

- Knowledge of transport and distribution logistics
- Excel and data analysis (BI)
- Ability to make decisions under pressure
