About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Content planning and production: plan and execute campaigns and produce content for internal channels, connecting strategy, culture, results and people with language that is consistent and aligned with the brand.
  • Change communication and strategic projects: support organizational transformations, structural changes and corporate projects by developing narratives and materials that facilitate employee understanding and engagement.
  • Employer brand and employee advocacy: support initiatives to attract, engage and retain talent, highlight company culture and employee experience, and strengthen brand ambassador programs.
  • Social media and institutional positioning: identify topics, stories and case studies for institutional channels, especially LinkedIn; support executives in content creation and monitor digital communication trends.
  • Leadership communication: prepare presentations, speeches, scripts, key messages and content for events, leadership meetings and strategic discussions.
  • Channel and event management: manage and improve internal channels, ensure the quality of publications, and support the organization, communication and mobilization of in-person and virtual events.
  • Innovation and artificial intelligence: apply AI tools in research, content, presentations, analyses and processes; identify new practices and share learnings with the team.
  • Measurement and governance: track communication, employer brand and engagement indicators; prepare results analyses; support internal surveys and ensure compliance with area processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Social Communication, Advertising or a related field.
  • Previous experience in Internal Communication, Corporate Communication, Employer Branding or related areas.
  • Excellent writing skills and the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
  • Experience with corporate events and leadership communication.
  • Knowledge of communication metrics and KPIs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
  • Experience with corporate LinkedIn and employee advocacy.
  • Experience with digital communication and social media.
  • Experience with ESG topics, sustainability, diversity or social responsibility.
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude or similar.
  • Interest in automation, productivity and digital transformation.
