About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Understand, structure, and optimize the organization’s operations by mapping processes, documenting workflows, analyzing bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and proposing solutions to increase productivity.
- Reduce costs and improve the quality of outcomes.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by monitoring performance indicators and ensuring processes are aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree (completed)
- Technical knowledge: Process mapping (BPM): use of tools and notations such as BPMN;
- Continuous improvement methodologies: Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, Kaizen; Business Process Management (BPM) and operational efficiency concepts;
- Data analysis and KPIs;
- Analysis tools: advanced Excel (tables, charts, basic VBA), Power BI or similar;
- Systems knowledge: ERP, workflow or automation tools;
- Project management: familiarity with methodologies such as Agile or PMBOK;
- Ability to analyze problems and propose structured solutions;
- Understanding of the value chain and end-to-end processes;
- Basic knowledge of strategic management and performance indicators;
- Critical thinking to identify bottlenecks, risks and opportunities;
- Clear communication (to interact with different areas);
- Facilitation and conducting meetings/workshops;
- Ability to influence and engage people.
