About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conducting integrity due diligence processes (suppliers, partners and third parties);
- Analyzing background checks and identifying reputational risks;
- Applying risk criteria and classifying third parties;
- Ongoing monitoring and maintenance of third-party records.
- Solid knowledge of the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 - LGPD) and data protection principles;
- Experience in data mapping (data inventory / ROPA) and supporting privacy governance;
- Support in drafting and reviewing documents (policies, contractual clauses, terms of use);
- Liaison with the DPO and support for data subject requests and privacy/risk assessments (RIPD / LIA).
- Ability to identify conflicts of interest (real, potential or apparent);
- Critical analysis of personal, professional and corporate relationships;
- Assessment of reputational, ethical and regulatory risks associated with such links;
- Managing cycles for collecting conflict-of-interest declarations (periodic or ad hoc);
- Analysis and validation of information declared by employees;
- Handling non-conformities, inconsistencies and lack of responses.
- Experience with tools and platforms (Neoway, OneTrust and SAP);
- Experience in regulated environments or multinational companies;
- Intermediate to advanced English for contracts and international interactions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Law.
- Preferred: postgraduate degree in Compliance or related fields.
- Experience collecting and analyzing evidence.
- Ability to prepare clear, objective and well-documented reports.
- Familiarity with due diligence tools.
- Ethics, impartiality and confidentiality in case handling.
- Critical thinking and logical reasoning to evaluate facts, identify inconsistencies and propose recommendations.
- Assertive communication, including in delicate situations, and active listening skills.
- Conflict management and empathy.
- Organization and deadline management to handle multiple investigations simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility.
