About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute the commercial strategy by negotiating agreements based on market analysis to maximize the profitability of the retail sales area;
  • Conduct market surveys to identify competitor actions and support the company’s strategic positioning;
  • Identify customer profiles within the service station network to enable application of the retail strategy and franchise rollout;
  • Negotiate with clients for contract signing and/or renewal, ensuring expansion of the station network;
  • Apply commercial strategies and policies to maximize sales volume and margin, ensuring the network’s best performance;
  • Monitor franchise performance and implement retail initiatives to increase revenue;
  • Provide commercial service to the service station network’s client portfolio, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty;
  • Support the development and implementation of new products for strategic clients, in coordination with the Products area;
  • Prospect new retail clients to expand the portfolio and strengthen the company’s market presence;
  • Support the placement of new products and services in retail, ensuring internal targets are met.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Reside in Ponta Grossa, PR or nearby regions;
  • Brazilian driver’s license (CNH) category B;
  • Availability to travel;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Management, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or Engineering (postgraduate degree is a plus);
  • Basic knowledge of financial mathematics;
  • Mobility and willingness to relocate;
  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce CRM;
  • Basic knowledge of SAP;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite;
  • Commercial experience servicing large/key accounts.
