About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute the commercial strategy, negotiating agreements based on market analysis to maximize the profitability of the retail sales area;
  • Conduct market research, identifying competitor activities to support the company's strategic positioning;
  • Identify customer profiles across the service station network, enabling application of the retail strategy and franchise rollout;
  • Negotiate with customers for contract signing and/or renewal, ensuring expansion of the station network;
  • Implement commercial strategies and policies to maximize sales volume and margin, ensuring optimal network performance;
  • Monitor franchise performance, implementing retail initiatives to increase revenue;
  • Provide commercial account management for the service station client portfolio, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty;
  • Support the development and implementation of new products for strategic customers, in coordination with the Products area;
  • Prospect new retail customers, expanding the portfolio and strengthening the company’s market presence;
  • Support the introduction of new retail products and services, ensuring internal targets are met.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must reside in Campinas, SP or nearby areas;
  • Valid driver’s license (Category B);
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Commercial Management, Business Administration or Engineering (postgraduate degree is a plus);
  • Relevant experience in commercial or sales roles;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence;
  • Ability to work with complex systems and processes;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Basic knowledge of financial mathematics;
  • Mobility and availability to relocate;
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM;
  • Familiarity with SAP;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office;
  • Commercial experience serving large/key accounts.
