About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electromechanical equipment such as pumps, motors, electrical panels, valves, automation and instrumentation systems;
- Diagnose faults and propose technical solutions to correct anomalies in systems and equipment;
- Complete and control safety documents such as Work Permits (PTs) and Preliminary Risk Analyses (APR or AST), ensuring compliance with occupational safety standards;
- Support external inspections by regulatory bodies and internal audits, providing technical assistance and information about the systems under your responsibility;
- Prepare technical lists of materials and spare parts for maintenance activities, contributing to purchase planning and inventory control;
- Assist in executing functional tests and commissioning of equipment after maintenance;
- Provide technical support to less experienced colleagues, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices;
- Record activities in maintenance management systems (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo), ensuring traceability and asset history;
- Participate in safety meetings, technical training and continuous improvement initiatives;
- Ensure the organization, cleanliness and upkeep of work areas and tools.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed technical course in Electromechanics, Electrotechnics, Mechatronics or related fields listed in CNCT - National Catalog of Technical Courses;
- Previous experience in industrial maintenance, preferably at operational bases or in environments with potentially explosive atmospheres (hazardous areas);
- Knowledge of electrical equipment such as motors, MCC (Motor Control Centers), electrical switchboards, generator sets, circuit breakers and 13.8 kV feeders, and mechanical equipment used in the oil sector such as motor pumps, valves, piping and fittings, volumetric meters, etc.;
- Availability to work occasional Sundays and holidays;
- Availability for occasional travel to support other VIBRA units;
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team;
- Previous experience in industrial environments or operational bases is a plus;
- Knowledge of SAP/R3;
- Knowledge of automation/instrumentation and UPS systems;
- Experience in supervision of services/works (site supervision).
