About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance on filling machines for rigid and flexible packaging;
Make adjustments and perform maintenance on film tension control systems, aligners and cutting and sealing/welding systems for flexible packaging;
Carry out technical maintenance on sealing systems (sealing jaws) and dosing/filling nozzle systems;
Perform maintenance on complex mechanical assemblies: gear pumps, gearmotors, gear trains and drive systems of fillers;
Diagnose and repair faults in high‑precision systems, including servomotors, palletizing robots and conveyor systems;
Intervene in pneumatic and hydraulic systems integrated into production lines; open, log downtime and close maintenance orders in SAP and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems);
Use maintenance management software (CMMS) for asset history tracking;
Specify technical materials and resources required for scheduled maintenance, creating material requisitions;
Operate and monitor assets through supervisory systems (SCADA) and online predictive monitoring software;
Actively participate in the creation, review and optimization of Maintenance Plans;
Lead or collaborate in Root Cause Failure Analyses (RCFA) to identify root causes and increase MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures);
Disassemble mechanical systems for precise parts specification and performance improvement;
Ensure all activities comply with the safety, hygiene and quality standards required in the packaging sector.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed High School;
Technical degree in Mechanics or equivalent – experience with filling systems (lubricants, beverages or cosmetics), preferably for flexible packaging;
